What is Concurrent calls?
How many calls can happen at the same time.
Definition
Concurrency is the number of simultaneous calls a system (or team) can handle. A telecaller has a concurrency of one; an AI voice agent can run many at once.
Why it matters
It decides how fast a campaign finishes and whether callers ever hear a busy tone.
