- Connected calls = telecallers × dials per day × connect rate × 26 working days
- AI minutes = connected calls × average length, plus 10% for short unanswered attempts
- We pick the cheapest RANA AI plan for those minutes, including per-minute overage
- Telecallers you keep for closing are added back to the AI side
What the numbers don't show
An AI calling agent also calls every lead within about a minute, works 24×7, speaks 11 Indian languages and records, transcribes and scores every call. Those usually matter more than the cost saving: leads called in the first minutes convert far better than leads called hours later.
