Is AI calling allowed?+
Answering incoming calls is fine almost everywhere. For outbound calls the rules depend on the country: in the US, AI-voice calls need the person's prior consent (TCPA); in the UK and EU, data-protection rules (GDPR) apply. RANA keeps a do-not-call list, only dials inside the calling hours you set for each time zone, and we recommend your AI employee says it is an assistant. Call only people who enquired or agreed to be contacted.
